Air Conditioner Condensing Unit?

I had a guy that I have been using for 5 years not install an outside A/C condensing unit. his guys threw away the warrenty & the book to it. He keeps telling me that he will get me another one. Its beem two months now. I have Rental Property & I need the warrenty & the book. What kind I do about this?

I’d look up the manufacturer’s web site (Google search if yo have to), and e-mail them to ask for the owners manual and warranty info. They may even be available on line in PDF format.
